What you can expect
The Forest Adventure Trail in Rodeneck is an exciting, family-friendly attraction for young and old. This educational loop trail starts by the Ahner bus stop and offers about 40 minutes of adventurous immersion into nature.
There are several stations along the way with lots of fun in store for the whole family, including tree trunks for balancing and crawling through, a pinecone-throwing game and much more. Getting bored is the only option you won’t have! There’s also a rest area by the reservoir along the trail, which is perfect for a picnic or chilling out. Have a look at the small natural pond: it provides the habitat for a variety of animals, such as frogs, tadpoles, toads and dragonflies.
How to get there
Connection from Mühlbach is provided by the Almbus bus no. 415, which runs hourly from mid-May to early November. The trail’s starting point is right by the Ahner bus stop.
