De Elfenweg in Obervintl

Wat kan ik hier verwachten?

De Elfenweg begint in Obervintl en passeert onder andere de waterval van Obervintl; gegarandeerd plezier en opwinding voor zowel kleine als grote kinderen. Onderweg vindt u op elf kindvriendelijke informatiepanelen spannende feiten en verhalen. In totaal is de Elfenweg bijna vier kilometer lang en loopt 150 meter omhoog. De wandeling duurt ongeveer een uur.

Wat is hier te beleven?

Vanaf de parkeerplaats begeleidt Lili de elf u en uw gezin op de wandeltocht. U wandelt verder over het pad met nummer 17 door een dicht bos met dierensporen en waarin u mogelijk herten in hun natuurlijke omgeving kunt vinden. Het Barfußpfad is bedoeld om op blote voeten de textuur van de bosbodem te ervaren, en bij het bijenhotel komt u meer te weten over de hardwerkende bosbijen (en hun dansen!). Luister naar het getjilp van de bosvogels en kijk hoe druk ze zijn.

Dan komt u bij de imposante waterval van Obervintl, die met een luid geraas 43 meter naar beneden valt. Boven de waterval is er een rotsbalkon van waaruit u kunt genieten van een fantastisch uitzicht over Obervintl en de omgeving. Na alle avonturen kunt u heerlijk bijkomen en picknicken in het bos. Na een welverdiende versterking gaat het pad verder naar een waterkrachtcentrale, langs een droge stenen muur en terug naar Obervintl.

Hoe kom ik hier?

De Elfenweg begint op de grote parkeerplaats naast de St.-Nikolauskirche in Obervintl, iets buiten Vintl aan de Pustertaler Straße.
